Normally in the past, we never paid much mind to heating here in South Florida as we only really heated our homes or offices less than 72 hours a year. This past winter, in early January, we broke that old fact and turned up the temperature on our thermostats as the temperatures outside shot down. We are the best heating service company. Contact us (954) 772 0079 today and we will prove it to you.
Well here we go again, not even a year has passed and we are doing it again. Let us help you stay safe and warm. Some people had found that they never even had their heaters installed or connected. Some even found out that the wire size in their home was not sufficient to handle any heater of any size.
If you find yourself left out in the cold by your prior a/c heating service company or the guy down the street that was doing you a favor, don’t worry, we will gladly be the companyto come to the rescue and ensure that you are safe and warm to make it comfortably thought the rest of what we anticipate to be a harsh season here in South West Palm Beach, Broward and North Miami-dade counties.
Give us a call (954) 772 – 0079 now. We promise to treat you right.

Information provided by : http://www.rheem.com/products/Federal_tax_credit
On December 15, 2015, The Consolidated Appropriations Act of 2015 was signed into law and extends through 2016, the tax credit for residential energy efficiency improvements. This includes purchases of heating, cooling and water heating equipment made in 2015.
Geothermal system tax credits and solar water heaters are unaffected by these changes and remain in place through 12/31/2016.
Note: State, Local and Utility rebates may still be available in your respective markets for residential energy products installed in 2012. Please visit the “Homeowner Resource Center” for a list of energy efficiency tax credits by State.
High-efficiency water heaters, furnaces, boilers, heat pumps, central air conditioners, building insulation, windows, roofs, biomass stoves, and circulating fans used in qualifying gas furnaces. Please see the chart below, which details the qualifying Rheem equipment.
This tax credit expired at the end of 2014, however The Consolidated Appropriations Act of 2015 retroactively renewed this tax credit effective January 1, 2015, expiring again on December 31, 2016.
The maximum amount an eligible homeowner may receive in tax credits for improvements is $500. If you have already claimed credits of $500 or more from improvements made in 2011 or any year prior, you are ineligible to claim new credits for any new improvements made during 2012 through 2016.
In order for purchases of high-efficiency heating, cooling and water heating equipment to be eligible for this tax credit, the equipment must be installed in a primary residence that is owned and used by the taxpayer
Your local contractor who installs the equipment can help make sure that you have the right documentation needed to claim the tax credit. You can also download the proper IRS form here.
Where can I find out more information about these tax credits?

Aloha Air Conditioning is proud to have a team of qualified Freon leak repair service technicians that are properly licensed, insured and have preformed HVAC system high pressure test since 1982.
When an air conditioning system has been found to be low on refrigerant. (freon). The technician will charge the system with refrigerant and check the equipment for leaks at the accessible pipe joints along with tightening of all fittings. However, should no leak be evident at that time. You now have options available to you such as:
The air handler, condenser, liquid and suction refrigerant pipes will be put under 300 pounds of nitrogen pressure and left for a period of time. (The normal time range is 24 to 48 hours.) Then the technician will return to determine which section of the piping has low pressure and repair or replace the leaking area and recharge the system. While this is the proper way to resolve freon leak repair problems, it is also more labor and material intensive.
